“Another paper published on oral colon drug delivery using the ColoPulse technology! In this paper we describe the transfer and upscaling of the coating process from bench top to pilot scale to facilitate the production of clinical trial material for a phase III clinical study (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT04913467).
An unforeseen observation was made; the new PROCEPT coater allowed better control of the coating procedure and, as a result, a better and thinner coating (20% reduction).
